NOT WORKING - PARTS ONLY Upon testing, laptop accepts power and posts, but the BIOS is locked, and the battery is bulging and does not hold charge. There is a small Crack on the backplate near the power on button, see pics. For the laptops, all hard drives have been removed to protect the previous owners, and we did all of the testing we are going to do. After being tested and listed, they get immediately packaged and ready to ship. We will not reopen the box to answer any more questions. Sometimes we just dont know much about it.
